Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! The taco cart is available for events, but we require a minimum of sales. Also, be sure to book in advance as it has limited availability. For weddings and full-service catering events, the taco cart may be available as an add-on.
Yes! We have TIPS-certified bartenders available. We can also set up a bar in your event space and provide everything needed for a full bar experience — mixers, garnishes, bartending tools, cups, and more. (We cannot provide alcohol — see the next question.)
Unfortunately, no. But we make it easy: for weddings and full-service events, we can work together to curate an alcohol order, often delivered directly to your event. We CAN provide all the necessary mixers — including our house-made margarita mix — as well as an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages like lemonade and hibiscus iced tea.
Yes! All full-service catered events and weddings have staffing options available, and we'll work with you to determine the right number of staff for your event size and type. Our team of highly trained caterers will help make your event run smoothly — we take pride in our staff, who are like family to us.
