McDevitt Taco Supply: Boulder Colorado Bar and Restaurant

From our humble beginnings as a single taco cart on Boulder Colorado’s Pearl Street Mall, we then grew into a fleet of Taco Carts at music festivals around the country. We added on a brewery and began catering events around Boulder, Denver, and Colorado’s Front Range.

It was our expanded catering business that eventually led us to open a brick and mortar restaurant in South Boulder.  We had been renting commissary kitchens for the food prep needed for our taco carts and catering, but business was going so well that we were outgrowing those temporary spaces. We started exploring options for owning our own kitchen, and when a space became available in the South Boulder Meadows Shopping Plaza, we jumped on it!

We knew immediately that this wouldn’t just be a kitchen space.  The idea was to have a taco-window for people to enjoy our tacos in the shopping plaza, but we couldn’t be contained by a window! It wasn’t very far into the development when a need for a kitchen evolved into plans for a full bar and restaurant!

In the Fall of 2017, our doors were open in South Boulder, and McDevitt Taco Supply became a reality as the newest and best bar and restaurant in Boulder, Colorado!
