About Us:
The McDevitt Taco Supply Story
M cDevitt Taco Supply started in 2011 on the Pearl Street Mall with a single taco cart.
A few years later we partnered with Sanitas Brewing Company and built a second taco cart that would pull up to their patio every day and serve tacos to their beer-loving customers. This taco cart remains as the year-round option for food at Sanitas Brewery.
We then expanded to the music festival scene with our Super Heady Taco cart, and quickly started selling tacos across the entire country.
It was only a matter of time before we then outgrew our commissary kitchen and built our first brick-and-mortar location in 2017, opening up McDevitt Taco Supply in the Meadows Shopping Center on Baseline Rd. in Boulder, Colorado.
In 2022, operations were expanded to the space adjacent to McDevitt Taco Supply, and heady coffee co. was opened.
Then, in our biggest move to date, McDevitt Taco Supply opened a rooftop restaurant and bar in Denver’s RiNo district. Located atop the hip new Vīb Hotel, the Denver rooftop features McDevitt classics, along with some unique-to-Denver offerings. The Denver hotel also features heady coffee co. in the lobby.

Super Heady Tacos
We have sold hundreds of thousands of tacos over the years at the many different music festivals to which we have been lucky enough to attend. Some of the highlights include; Bonnaroo, Coachella, Electric Forest, Summercamp, Sonic Bloom, Arise, WinterWondergrass, and many others. When we aren’t busy slinging tacos to hungry festivarians, you’ll see us getting down to our favorite bands with everyone else – most likely in a sparkly taco cape!
You can find us around Boulder – at Sanitas Brewing Company, at heady coffee co., catering various events, or dancing away at your favorite music festivals under the name Super Heady Tacos!
And now McDevitt Taco Supply is in Denver! Find us at the best new Denver rooftop restaurant and bar – located in the Vīb RiNo Hotel.
We are a family of taco slingers who like to have a good time. All of us, in the kitchen and on the floor, work together as a team and split tips evenly. You will see this team mentality in the work ethic that we hope shines through in everything we do.
